How to Request Data Deletion
If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to TARANQ and would like to request deletion of your data, please contact the TARANQ Privacy Team:

- Your TARANQ registered email address
- Your TARANQ username or account name, if available
- The Facebook or Instagram account you connected to TARANQ, if applicable
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your TARANQ data
You may also request deletion of your TARANQ personal information by contacting us at the email address above.
What Happens After a Deletion Request
After receiving a valid deletion request, TARANQ will review and process the request in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Where applicable, TARANQ will take reasonable steps to delete personal information covered by the request.
Deletion may be subject to information that TARANQ is legally required or permitted to retain, including information necessary for:
- Legal compliance
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of agreements
- Other lawful retention requirements
Where deletion cannot be completed immediately, TARANQ may explain the applicable reason where required by law.
Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram
You may disconnect a connected social media account from TARANQ through the available account controls or by contacting us.
After disconnection, TARANQ will stop accessing the connected account through the applicable integration, subject to technical limitations and processing that is required or permitted by law.
Disconnecting a social media account does not necessarily delete information that was previously provided directly to TARANQ or information that TARANQ is legally permitted or required to retain.
If you want your TARANQ data deleted, please submit a separate deletion request.
Meta Data
If you connected Facebook or Instagram to TARANQ, deletion requests relating to information obtained through those integrations will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the relevant platform.
TARANQ does not request or store your Facebook or Instagram password.
